INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

​I offer one-on-one, virtual sessions for clients who prefer to meet for less time on a more regular basis. Each session can be thought of as collective exploration of the personal, psychological, spiritual, and existential dimensions of your life, designed to cultivate insight, integration and personal growth.

My work attracts people seeking something more experiential, embodied, artistic, experimental, and relational than traditional talk therapy. I describe myself less as a therapist and more as a spiritual-creative counselor—where spirituality means learning to integrate shadow, cultivate deep play, and embrace the mystery of life.

Our sessions may take many forms. We might map the landscape of your inner parts, embody roles and archetypes through psychodramatic methods, or explore relational dynamics using structured games. We may enter dreamlike inner imagery, experiment with shifting frameworks of meaning, or practice parenting the inner family of parts. Each session is tailored to the living moment and the evolving needs of your process.

Rates: I offer income-contingent sliding scales rates for my individual sessions: 

less than $25,000/year (pre-tax)        | 50 minute session | $75
$25,000 - $50,000/year (pre-tax)        | 50 minute session | $100
$50,000 - $75,000/year (pre-tax)        | 50 minute session | $125
$75,000 - $100,000/year (pre-tax)      | 50 minute session | $150
$100,000 and above (pre-tax)            | 50-minute session | $200
