For as long as I can remember I've been in love with questions. I adore the play of investigation – the curious back and forth that leads deeply and joyfully into the unknown. But this investigation gets even more fruitful when it looks into who and what we are, and when it leans into the emotions of this journey and the connection and intimacy between us curious humans. My foundational ethic is to foster curiosity, care and play towards our darknesses, and I believe this is what brings growth, transformation, healing and goodness in our world. Investigating my own inner parts, and learning how to hold them with tenderness and care, has had a tremendous impact on my own life, and I'm so very drawn to help others along this path.
I hold a PhD in relational practice from Concordia University's Interdisciplinary Humanities & Fine Arts Program. I have received trainings in both Circling and Psychodrama. My sessions are deeply inspired by the trauma-informed practice of Internal Family Systems (IFS). I have been facilitating individual and groups sessions using these systems for over 5 years. My work is also informed by my experience with Vipassana Meditation, Group Relations Conferences, Gestalt Therapy, Drama Therapy, and Developmental Transformations. |
